Using Multiple Computers with Outlook

I'm a new outlook user. I use multiple personal computers throughout the day.
Is there a way to access my email using Outlook from one source online? Do I
need Exchange to do this, or is there something else I can use?

The easiest non-Exchange way is to ask your ISP whether they will give you
an IMAP mail account...
