Using Multiple Publication Designs

Using Publisher 2003, is there a way to use multiple publication designs when
creating a website in one file? I would like one page to look different than
the previous. thanks

You can make your pages look anyway you want, but there are design elements
that are "synchronized" across the publication for a consistent look. Also
you can't just insert another template design into an existing publication,
but you can insert any design element. Add a blank page, open a second
instance of Publisher with the new template design, and copy and paste
between. Or, build your site with multiple Publisher files and link them
together....lots of different ways.

I think the blank page and pasting route will work well enough. I appreciate
