Using non-enterprise custom fields in formulas

I am tring to use the "Finish 1" field in a formula
(custom field) but I'm getting an error massage: "the
formula cannot be saved because it refers to a non-
enterprise custom field".
What can I do?

Itzik:

Remove the reference to the local custom field. Instead, use an Enterprise
field in your solution.
