Using Office 2003 Controls in DotNet

Is there a way I can use controls in the various Office 2003 products (including OneNote) in a dotnet application?

You can use controls in Office documents from .NET -- Here's a good starting
place:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/office/

OneNote however is not an automation server in this version...
