Using Outlk 2003 + moving to older versions

I am interested to know if anyone has experienced any
problems with using Outlook 2003 (on exchange server) and
then moving to another PC that has an older version of
Outlook - 2002 and more importantly 2000. I have come
across a few differences but no errors as yet.

Are there any known problems that anyone has experienced?

I use OL 2003 at work and OL 2002 at home and connect to the very same
Exchange server for each. No issues at all.
