Using outlook 2002 when upgrading to office 2007 home and student

Can I continue to use Outlook 2002 if I upgrade to Office 2007 Home and
Student (which unfortunately does not include Outlook)? If so, are there any
particular steps that I need to take when installing Office 2007?
