using Outlook Address Book

I use goldmine to import flitered listes into outlook to send out email
blasts. Afterwards i delete the contact folder but everytime i go to send an
email and click bcc to blind copy the recipients all the contact folders i
have ever created show up, so i have to scroll thru all my previous lists to
find the one i want to bcc someone. I deleted all these folders but they show
up when i click bcc or to how do i remove them so they dont show up?
