I'm having a problem using my Outlook 2003 address book in
Word
2003.
After starting Word click on tools and then
Envelopes/Labels. Above the mailing address area click on
the little address book icon but receive the following
error:
"Logon failed you must log on to MS Exchange to access
address book, Error code: unspecified error"
I've recently upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003. It
worked when I had Office XP. Also, I do not use MS
Exchange so I do not know why it even suggests Exchange.
Don't have (and didn't have) MS Exchange on my PC.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?
