I'm trying to set up a shared mailbox using outlook between several people.
We want the mail box to operate such that if one person already opens a msg
or flags it or does anthing else, that it's displayed to all participants of
that group. ie. if i read a new msg, it should appear as "opened/ read" on
another person's instance of the mailbox. Or if I flag something, it should
appear flagged to all viewers.
Is this possible with Outlook and will all users see actions in real time as
they happen.
