I wonder if anyone can advise me if it is possible to set up Outlook for use
with a mobile phone. The situation is that I currently have a laptop which
id bluetooth enabled and I can connect it to my iSP to collect emails when I
am out of the office. However as it turns out this is only part of the
solution, as I frequently get emails which contain attachments such as
spreadsheets when I connect via the mobile at 9.something KPS it takes ages
(too long) to pick up my emails.
I have an IPaq with the pocket pc version of outlook on it and that enables
it to truncate the messages, which is to say that initially it only loads
the first 200 or so letters of the emails and then with big emails asks you
if you want to down load the rest. What I really want to know is, is there
some way of setting up Outlook on the laptop so it will do this?
