Using PDS to move updated data from SQL into existing Project Server(.published) files?

Is there a way to use Project Data services to move SQL data (that has
been modified in SQL) back into existing Project Server files?

That is a very general quesiton :) so my general answer "yes of course". It
very much depends what you want to achieve. My suggestion to you is to load
down the Project Server SDK which gives you an exellent insight of what you
can do programatically.

My apologies,

I'm not a programmer, so my options are limited. However, all I want
to do is be able to make changes within the SQL DB Tables and then
'push' these changes into the corresponding Project Server
(.published) files.

:) Thats fine mate. You will need to have a developer at hand that has
experience in Web services. He/she will be able to pick up what is required
of the Project Server SDK. Best of luck
