Using Pop Up property in Access 2002

When I set the PopUp property to Yes, I get an error message when I sent the
Report to print. The message is one of those that asked me to send the error
report to Microsoft.

There is no problem when I first preview the Report and then send it to the
printer.

Can someone please tell me how to overcome this problem. I want to give user
the option to chose to preview the report or to send it to printer directly.
