using PP as a timer

I want to try to help my kids get on a schedule at home in the
morning.. Is there any PP application where you could enter a schedule,
and display certain slides at certain times - -

In other words.. start a presentation that would follow a schedule ..
lets say start it at 6am, and from 6am to 6:30am it would display a
"Get out of bed" slid, then from 6:30 to 6:40 it would say "Get
Dressed" then 6:40 to 7am "Eat Breakfast", etc etc.

It would be a bit of a stunt, but may well be unique enough to hold
their interest for a week or two, enough to get them thinking about
staying on a schedule in the morning.. helping them start a good
habit...

Is that do-able?

Porter,
Nice idea, easy enough to do I think. In the slide transition task pane you
can add a timing to your slides, you can put in all you want. Next to
automatically after put in the time you want the transition to occur, that
maybe anything from a few seconds to a few hours I guess.
Also have a look here there maybe something there that will suit your needs.

I think the max delay for transitions is one hour which should be plenty
anyaway you could have sevaral duplicate slides if you need more.
