Using Project 2003, how do create a new base callendar?

I want to create a base callendar that is standard for the company - 08:15
start, 16:30 finish (mon-thurs) and 08:15 until 16:00 Friday, lunch being
12:30 to 13:15 for all five days. The project wizard only recognises 08:00
and 08:30 and 13:00 and 13:30 as valid times (cant enter 08:15 or 13:15). If
I set up the correct start and end times on the Callendar tab the Change Work
Time does not display the adjusted time values either as default or
non-default working time!

Phil,
To create a new calendar: Tools /Change Working Time / New : new base
calendar.
Select all the columns from M (Monday) to Thursday.
Set your time slots : 08:15 - 12:30 and 13:15 to 16:30.
Etc...
Then you will have to assign this new calendar to the project : Project /
Project information....
