Hello All-
Wondering if anybody could suggest a consulting firm or any consultants that
have had experience in setting up Project Server for a creative ad agency.
We are about 60 people with a creative, tech, QA, and content departments.
Because our project’s prices are based on hourly rates- we want to implement
this system to track worker productivity, make sure our projects are
profitable, and track/forecast resource availability. In any case, I haven’t
had the time or experience to set up this type of software. I would love to
get any ideas on consultants or firms that have specialized in this type of
server implementation within this industry. Thanks!
