Using PWA to update actual start and finish dates

I know that there are three different ways to track work complete. I would
like to know if I could have team members enter the actual start and aactual
finish dates in PWA along with the percent complete. I have over 800 tasks
and people scattered around the US that will be performing these tasks. Can
I do this or will I be spending alot of time coordinating.
