I have 3 public calendars. They are Web Demo, Phone Bridge and Conference room.
When I go into each account and open up email as each user, I check the
resources for the calendar and set it to automatically accept all requests.
That is the only check I make.
When I go back to my calendar and try to set up a meeting using those 3 as a
resource, it comes back with an error that each account does not accept
re occuring appointments.
I have only set these up as a 2 hour block. I havent doen anything with re
occouring meetings.
I have set the permissions to a group that all of our employess belong to
giving the group "Author" permissions.
When I remove this option for each account, only one calendar get the
metting request, then sometimes 2 calendars get it. I never see it accorss
the board on the calendars viewing them all at once.
