I am just starting to use Rights Management Systems and Information Rights
Management on MS Office 2003. I was wondering if a user with out “Full
Control†can change the expiration date on a file, or a copy of a file, that
they have received from the administrator. If the user does have “Full
Control,†can they even change the expiration date or can that only be done
by the administrator.
