Using rules strips email moved messages

I applied a rule in Outlook as follows:
Used manual Rules, started with "When I sent an email"
the criteria was a word in the message body
action was to send a copy of the message to an offline folder

Result: a copy of the message is moved, all attachments are there but no
text in the body of the message.

Version is Outlook 2007
Offline I am not sure, it was picked as a 97-2003 Offline folder, all
defaults.
