Hello All,
We are using the setting "show this folder as an email address book" on
shared public folders address books in Exchange 2003. These settings work
well on the local workstation, but we are having problems with roaming
profiles. Once the user logs into another workstation, the public folder
address books are no longer set with this setting and it has to be reset each
time. I assumed this was a setting within the roaming profile itself, but
apparently it is not.
Is there any way to make this setting stick on roaming profiles? We have
users going to remote locations and need access to the addresses in the
public folder address book.
We are using Outlook 2003 with Cached Exchange Mode and Windows 2000 SP4
workstations. We also disabled the Offline Address Book as we are in the
midst of a migration to Outlook.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Matt Hartel
