Unfortunately this cannot be done. When you send an Outlook message that
contains a SmartArt diagram the diagram is saved as an image and any
hyperlinks would be blown away. Sorry.
I always have additional info below template: Corporation name, address, phone, and any email adds or links will highlight as with usual emails as long as they're not inside the template graphic.
