using software on different pc

I use frontpage 2002 and just got a new PC. I have installed the software on
my new PC and now want to be able to edit my webpage. How do I download my
existing webpage onto my new PC of editing?

Open the web on the server in FrontPage ( file > Open Web and enter http://webname.com )
and then "Publish" it back to your new computer.
