using sync on outlook 2000

I set up the workgroup on both the desctop nad laptop. However, when I look
for the synchronize option on the tool menu it's not there. Did I do
something wrong, help says thats where it shoul be??????

There are several reasons it might not be there, but we'll need more
info, like what operating system, for starters.

One thing is that in XP, at least, if you have "Fast User Switching"
enabled, so that you can switch users without logging off, you CANNOT
user Offline Files synchronization. You either have to give up Fast
User Switching or give up on native Offline Files.
