Using Template for Replies

Hi!
I've configured a mail template that works finely with the new messages. I
wish to use this same template for my replies/forwards, but cannot figure out
how to do it!
I created a new rule, but the replies/forwards do not appear with the
template selected...how can I solve this issue?
I'm using Outlook 2007

Templates and stationery only work for new mail. Replies and forwards use
the stationery used on the original.
