Using the arrow keys

Suddenly, I am unable to manuver through the spreadsheets using the arrow
keys. When I depress the up or down key the whole spreadsheet moves. How do
I correct this?

maybe you have enabled SCROLLLOCK. Hit the SCRLCK key on your keyboard
