There is an optional field in Outlook Mail called 'do not archive' and when
employed this provides a check box against each e-mail. There is also an
option, when setting your auto archive settings, to exclude an item marked as
'do not archive'. I have added the 'do not archive' field to my mail
headings, but have found two problems. Not all emails have a check box
showing against them. Also I am unable to select the check boxes. Why do
think this is?
