Using the fill function

I am using Publisher 2003 on Win XP.

I can't figure out how to use the fill function to fill an
area created by three lines, similar to a pennant. Can
this be done?

Ilya how about you e-mail me a sample file what you are trying to do.
Little difficult to see what you are getting at.
If the lines are not connected, no, you cannot create a fill.
