Using the same Entourage data in different Mac accounts

A

A. Baker

I have set up an account for my wife's secretary on my wife's Mac. I
would like her secretary to be able to run Entourage and use my wife's
identity/data so that she can manage the calendar.

However, when I try to run Entourage from this new Mac account, it
won't work. I put the Entourage application in the shared folder, as
well as the "Microsoft User Data" folder in the shared folder. Then I
put aliases pointing to the user data in both my wife's 'documents'
folder and her secretary's 'documents' folder. My wife can run
Entourage just fine, but Entourage won't allow access by the
secretary.

What am I missing?

Thanks for any help.

The database is not 'multi-user'. Only one person at a time can access it.
