My manager wants to utilize the "to-do list" capabilities
within our organization to delegate tasks and track hours
worked on each task on the list. This is as opposed to
setting up each set of tasks within separate projects. He
wants this to be very easy for the users and not
cumbersome. Additionally, he does not want to load MS
Project onto anyone's desktop. He wants team leads to
receive updates from the users on the "to-do lists."
These leads will NOT have MS Project on their desktops.
Subsequently, these team leads will roll the updates to
him. He does have Project on his desktop.
Can we track hours worked, in addition to percent
complete, using the "to-do lists?"
Any help is much appreciated.
