Using URL filter in the Rules Wizard

hi All,
I am getting many junk mails. some of which contains URLs. So I
created a filter which says, if that URL exist in the body of the
message, then move it to trash. But that rule is not working, even the
incoming mail has contains that URL. Can anyone tell what is the
problem?

is the incoming mail html? Rules don't work well on html formatted messages.
