Using VB Help problems

Hi, this may be a 'memory' problem with my computer, but the thing is it has
happened before on other systems I have used.

When I am using Access and I am in the Visual Basic Editor and click on
Help, there are times when it works fine, but other times when I get the
Microsoft Office Help screen without the Contents, Answer Wizard or Index
tabs of the Microsoft Visual Basic Help. If I try to click on (I think) the
'show' button on the top left, the window expands and then goes blank - no
help appears, I cannot close the window and I have to Alt-Ctrl-Del to stop
the "Help" which is not responding. Sometimes I have to reboot the computer.
Other times I have to close down open applications before the Help will work
as I sometimes have other things running, like Outlook Express or Internet
Explorer.

Is there something I can do to make sure that the VB Help always works? I
presume the Help files might be huge and probably memory-hungry and it could
just be a case of not running other applications at the same time.

I have Windows XP Home Edition
Office 2000
