Using Visio Enterprise Edition of Autodiscovery

Using Visio 2000 Enterprise Edition SR-1 on XP Pro SP1
When trying to autodiscover I get the following message
"An SNMP request could not be made to the seed router.
The most likely cause is that none of the community
strings specified on the prior page were valid for this
service."
I have the correct SNMP RO password for the Cisco 3640
in the string window.
Do I also have to have the Cisco enable password in the
window as well so ????

Thanks for your help
ps: Can anyone point me to any good online tutorials for
using Visio 2000 EE Networking, that explains and helps
a new user with this feature ?

No the enable password is not needed - but if the
community string is correct make sure the IP number of the
PC doing the enquiring is also in the Access Control List
Table of the Router(if the router is using one)
