Go to either or both of these websites:

http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

for AdAware, a free download that will remove spyware; or

http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

for Spybot, a different and complementary tool, also free (donations
welcome at both sites).

Run both programs. Be sure to get the updates from both. If they don't
clear out all the rubbish, you may need expert help.
