Using wizards to build reports, querys, etc

I am no longer able to use my wizard fuction to build any
querys reports etc. When trying to give other users view
only rights I lost rights of my own. Finally reinstalled
Access and all seems ok except for this function. Cannot
build label reports using wizard. Desperate for help.
