Using Word 2003 template toolbars in Word 2007

I have a large number of Word 2003 templates with VBA dialog boxes and their
own toolbars.

The dialog boxes work perfectly in Word 2007, but how about the toolbars?
Do I need to add the commands I had on the 2003 onto the Quick Access 2007
toolbar for each template?

Toolbars should work, custom toolbars goes the "Add-ins" tab in word 2007
