Using Word for Spell Check - How to implement "Ignore All"?

I am using Word from VB.NET to do spell checking. How do I implement
"Ignore All" functionality of Word from VB/VB.NET?
Any help would be appreciated.

I can't find any interface for this in the Word object model.
