Using Word

I need help! I can't figure out how to shrink the window (when I click on the
open folder icon) that opens up screen size. It only offers me a question
mark and an X. I want it to be small 6x6 like it used to be. What have I
done to cause the change, how do I undo my mistake?

Perhaps you should post your question in a Word newsgsroup. This one is
