usinging word 2000 in outlook 2000 for html email

After setting up outlook to use html format for email
with word (sp3 edition of each) I get an error message
that the two are not compatable. Any suggestions other
than replacing my Dell?

What is the exact error message? Are you sure you are running the same
version of Outlook and Word?
