UTC Time in a query ?

Hello.

Can Access tell what is the current UTC or GMT time ?.
I would like my database to be shared between customers in different
countries and I would like to write both GMT time and local time in the
database when I create it so the client can compute the time zone
displacement of the host database system whenever necessary.

I know I can get GMT time myself with Win32 functions but I would like
to know if Access has any functions to do that.
