It sounds like you have done nothing to provide it for yourself but would
like someone else to pull the specifications out of you and then do it for
you. Dream on. That's what many of us do for paying clients.
While people usually do get lots of help and encouragement here, these
Access newsgroups exist so that people involved in DEVELOPING Access
solutions can get help when they run into a problem they can't yet solve.

If you really want to learn to use Access to develop business solutions for
you and your organization then I suggest you commit yourself to buying and
reading a few books. I'd spend some time in your local Barnes & Noble or
Borders, etc. and survey the Access books. Most have some value, some
aren't very good. For getting started I recommend "Access [YourVersion]
Step by Step" from Microsoft Press. After that You should skim through the
books there and go for what you like. Access has a steep learning curve but
it will be very worthwhile if you stick with it.
