Validate a formula NOT a value

I'm trying to validate that a formula is an array. Essentially, if
someone accidentally changes the formula to a regular formula by
pressing enter this screws up the calculation.

I would ideally like to use conditional formatting to make the field
red to indicate an error.

The name of the spreadsheet is hasArray.xls

You can use the hasArray property of a range object to determine if the cell
in question has an array.
