If you code validation rules for any form fields (under
Form Field Properties, Validate) and an error somehow gets
past the browser (perhaps because JavaScript is turned
off) then the Web server will catch the error and display
the validation failure page.

If you fill in the URL Of Validation Failure Page, that's
the page that will appear. Otherwise, the Save Results
component will create a default validation failure page on
the fly.
