Validation list after adding a calendar

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet:

A1 B1 C1
Name Date recieved Dated Closed

I added a validation list to the name column which worked fine until I then
added a calendar (with code from http://www.rondebruin.nl/calendar.htm) and
now when the name cell is clicked the option to pick from the list doesnt
appear until you click the cell a second time. I can`t find out why drop down
arrow won`t appear when you click in the cell first time anymore, any ideas?
