Validation - multiple criteria in one cell

I would like to set the cell to prompt a message when I enter a (#1), a
different messgae to prompt when I enter (#2-4), and another different
message to prompt when the entry is (>#5). How or can you enter multiple
criteria to one cell? Thank you!
