=SUMPRODUCT(--($B$4:$B$15="1"),($C$4:$C$15="P"),$H$4:$H$15))

is returning a 0 value

What Have I done wrong please.

Maybe get rid of the quotes around the 1?

If 1 is supposed to be a number, the quotes make it text.

In addition to RD's suggestion....

There is one too many closing ")" at the end of the formula. Also, using the
double unary syntax, you're missing a set before the second array:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($B$4:$B$15=1),--($C$4:$C$15="P"),$H$4:$H$15)

That should do it!
