value stream mapping

Please can I know what sort of add-ons are available with Visio 2003.
Specifically, is there a value stream mapping add-on? If so, how much does
it cost and what does it do?

There isn't a VSM add-on for Visio from Microsoft, but there are at least
two third-parties that provide VSM add-ons for Visio:
