Help needed (again).
Whenever I don't use some cells in a column where I have a formula I have
the following shown as default
#VALUE
How do I get rid of this or display something else, like a ?

Warp your formulas in an IF statement like:

=IF(ISERR(YourFormula),"?",YourFormula)

or use conditional formatting to hide the error.
