Values not being recognized as dates

Rodrigo

Hello! I am importing (copying and pasting) several ranges with data in it. They are all dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY. However, when they are pasted onto Excel, they are being interpreted as just text, until I press F2 and hit <Enter> again on each of those cells. Does anyone know a less tedious way of doing this job of making Excel display the values in the correct values without having to press <F2>, <Enter>, <F2>, <Enter>, <F2>, <Enter>, ..

Thank you

Hi
try the following:
- select an empty cell
- copy this cell with CTRL+C
- select your imported dates
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and choose the action 'Add'
