Variables in Message Notifications?

All,
I have set up some rules for Outlook that give me
specific message notifications when messages come in from
particular users. I would like to include the subject of
the incoming message in the notification. Is such a thing
possible? The only way that I can imagine it is through a
variable like $subject or some such, but I figured someone
here might know.
