Various accounts to test permissions

I think the best way to test permissions is using various accounts. What is
the best way to do this, knowing that I cannot create another domain account?

If you're talking about 2003, you can use the Project Server authenticated
accounts. If you're talking about 2007, you need more domain accounts or you
must enable forms authentication, which is a bigger project.
